| Li Zijian was born
in Shaoyan in the Hunan Province of China in 1954. He graduated from the Department of Oil
Painting of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 1982. Li Zijian came to the United States
for a further study in 1988 and is currently living in Los Angeles, California. Li Zijian has recently
created a lot of oil paintings with a theme of humanity. There is a Chinese cultural speciality
in the paintings. Li Zijian has taken his international tour show to the USA, Taiwan, Germany,
France an the Great Britain. This collection includes 13 oil paintings with a strong nostalgia.
These paintings are from the series called "Nostalgia". Yve's Place wishes
to underline here that his sole purpose in publishing this collection is to make its fabulous
artist better known to all lovers of beautiful painting.
